We had a fantastic time today at the Direct Commerce Association (DCA) Annual Summit. A big thank you to Jane Revell-Higgins Higgins and Victoria Revell-Higgins for the invitation to present to your audience.
The summit highlighted a significant opportunity for businesses in the direct commerce space to embrace sustainability. With much of the event focusing on driving sales in an increasingly challenging market, we shared our insights on how businesses can start their sustainability journey and hosted a roundtable discussion exploring how businesses can leverage sustainability to attract eco-conscious customers, drive brand loyalty, and unlock new market opportunities.
