PwC's 2024 Voice of the Consumer Survey, consumers are willing to spend an average of 9.7% more on sustainable products despite cost-of-living pressures.

The survey highlights that almost nine-in-ten consumers experience the effects of climate change daily, driving a preference for sustainable consumption. Brands must balance affordability and environmental impact while enhancing digital engagement, as 46% of consumers now purchase directly through social media.
